Khakoo's report for Safar Crescent

Mr. Khakoo said: "Sighted the crescent on the left side of the Sunset for the month of Safar 1424 AH this Wednesday evening of April 2nd, 2003 here in Long Beach, CA. Local time was 18:36hrs (6:36pm) with naked eye and it was very clear. The top horn of the crescent was between 12 & 1 and the bottom horn was between 7 & 8."
